I can't seem to get connected with a live agent, it just makes me post here instead. What's going on?

I paid for the live version of Turbo tax. When I asked for help or review, i was told no one was available. 

 

Now I have received letters from both the state and federal governments telling me there area problems with my taxes. 

 

I have attempted to contact Turbo tax multiple times for help, but the website directs me to call. Call center says to try online. AND I PAID FOR LIVE HELP!

 

Very frustrating!
