I can't access the federal income & expenses tab. I click on various different areas and it keeps saying "looks we hit snag". I've used 3 browsers, cleared cache/cookies.

I can click on the income & expenses tab, but when I click to provide information in that area such as office space or meals or whatever, it just says "hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag". I read an article to right click on turbotax icon and select properties, then compatibility, but I do not understand where to right click. Each time I right click on the icon, I do not see those options, just save image, search web, etc.

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.

If you would, read that article and tell me where I right click exactly. I did ask for phone support, and it suggested an accountant call me? I don't know why. And that is a  20 minute wait time, but if I can figure it out before then that would be amazing.
