All I have left to do to file is get a verification email from TurboTax. 20 minutes later and it is still not in my inbox or spam folder. I’ve checked and they have the correct address. Is there anything I can do? I’ve used Turbo Tax for years and never had a problem, this makes me want to not use them in the future.
When you looked in your Intuit Account settings in the "Sign In & Security" section of your profile, did it show an adjacent tag for whether the email address was verified or not? If it says "not verified", you can try to verify it there, and see if it sends you a code or link to your email to verify while in your profile. That might solve in, but see if things then work if it asks again for you to verify in the filing section. If it doesn't work, then you can phone Support per the info below.
