I am curious to know why they rejected my State Taxes. Did they give a reason?

Why is the Taxable wages $36,633? My taxable wages are $21,153  and with the extra from UMR is $3,537, which makes it $24,690 total wages. That is my total taxable wages. Please go back, even to Federal Taxes and figure it out. These taxes are wrong.
