I already purchased Turbotax and started my tax info. My TurboTax Deluxe number is

How can I retrieve this info on this machine?

Did you install the program?  Do you need to install it on another computer?  You can download it.  How to download Turbo Tax instead of using the CD

Or did you use the Online version?

Sorry you can't apply the Desktop CD/Download program purchase to the Online version.  They are separate prices and work different.  You can move your online return to the Desktop program without paying for online so you don't need to start over.

 

You need to install the program on your computer and move your online return to the Desktop program.  To continue in the desktop version see this…….

After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return .tax file is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW).

Looks to me like you just posted your CD version activation code. If so, and someone else from this PUBLIC user-to-user forum uses it, then you're just "out there" and will most likely need to purchase it again to get your own "PERSONAL" code that you DO NOT share on this public user-to-user forum.
