How should I re-open the apps after I changed a hard drive for my computer

Hi, dear all,

Last Nov, my MacBook's hard drive had some issues, then Apple repaired it and changed a hard drive for it. However after I restored my system from my backup, I found the Turbo Tax apps cannot be opened and all of the codes for them were invalid. I filed my federal and state tax returns via TurboTax from 2017 to now. I just needed them to check my old data.  (Under my intuit account, you can see my payments for state filling each year.)

How should I do?

Thanks a lot.

Are you receiving a message that the license code is associated with another account? Please post the specific error message so that we can better assist you.

Thanks for your reply.  However, they were not my situation.

I enclosed a screenshot of the question. The apps asked me to re-activate again, then I tried my codes which I used to activate these apps in past years. However, the apps rejected these codes and told me these codes were invalid.
