How do I view my user names? I know 2, but there is 1 more. Now since I signed in with 1 ID, it is remembering me. I deleted (settings)hstry

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Did you by chance use a different email address for the User ID you are having trouble locating? 

On the account recovery page, you should see Verify my account a different way for more options to verify your identity.
