Follow the instructions below.  If you continue to have issues, please come back to this forum.

If your broker or financial institution is on our list of TurboTax Import Partners, you can securely import the following forms into TurboTax:

If your financial institution isn't a preferred partner, you can upload the forms from your computer or type it in yourself. You can import up to 1,500 transactions from your financial institution in TurboTax Online.

Follow these instructions to see how to take a picture of your 1099-MISC in the mobile app.

Tip: Be sure to select the correct financial institution or brokerage from the list. For example, several participating partners' names start with First National Bank and if you select the wrong First National Bank, you won't be able to import.

Saw your post / response.  For creating a .cvs file for importing Schedule D Capital Gains and Loss data;

1. What are the header titles and their order

2.  Is a separate sheet / file needed for short-term vs long term transactions or will TT automatically place them based on the dates

3.  Where is the documentation located for creating these types of .cvs files for importing into TT

Thanks in advance,
