If you have misplaced your CP01A notice, you can request an IRS issued IP PIN, please follow the instructions below.

You can visit the IRS's Get an IP PIN site, or
You may contact the IRS at 1-800-908-4490 to have your IP PIN mailed to you. However, this can take up to 21 days.
