How do I download TurboTax on my new laptop that has no CD drive after buying a CD for my old laptop?

The website tells me that I already have an account using the code after I find the right place and enter the code.

I had to get personal help from an agent - and she had the same error message that I got.  She fixed it, but it was not easy even for her.
