I am receiving TurboTax notification emails to a different email address than the address associated with my Intuit account. I have signed into my Intuit account online, and can change my main email address associated with the account, but I am not seeing where I may change the notification email address.
As I posted this question, Turbo Community sent emails to a third email address. Where may I edit that email address?

Having the same problem. My email has been updated everywhere I could find on my TurboTax and Intuit accounts, but notifications keep getting sent to my old address. Did you ever find a solution? Thanks.

Hi I already submitted the tax return but I used the wrong email address( an email will expire shortly)to do tax return and to receive the tax return status email Notification. After I realized that, I changed the email address with steps on community, and I made sure all the email address on file is the correct one both on in Intuit and TurboTax. However, the tax return status is still sending to my old and wrong email address. Could you please help me to specifically change the email that is used to send tax return status(federal and state)?
Follow these steps to update your email address:

? I said I already did so. All the exact steps were done. But TurboTax still send the tax return status update to the old email address. Could you please carefully read my situation?

It may take up to 10 days for the process to complete. You should receive an email to your old email address notifying you of the change in email address, then the change will show.
Were you ever given a solution to this issue? I am experiencing the same issue.

The syncing between Intuit accounts and all of the separate Intuit services accounts is a total mess. I've been forced to create new intuit accounts several times for various reasons, like when an employer will only give me access to my tax information through their quickbooks account, forcing me to create my own. But I need to create it with the email my employer uses for me. This had created a whole web of Intuit, Turbo Tax, and Quickbook accounts that were sort of connected but created all kinds of problems trying to log into the right ones and change any information. And don't even get me started about when Mint switched over to Credit Karma. I spent months making sure all my unneeded accounts were completely deleted one by one so I am hopefully just left with the Turbo Tax account I currently use. It seems the email situation has been sorted out but I don't remember exactly when or how I got it to work.
Same problem here as others have mentioned. My tax return status email coming directly from intuit.ca is also going to the wrong email address, different from the one registered with Revenue Canada and different from the one in "Personal Information" in the Turbotax Desktop Software I use.
Telephone agents are unable to resolve the issue, as the email address in question does not appear in their system. It is an address that has not been used for years and I don't even recall when it was associated with Turbotax in the past! In the event this old address is deleted/purged from the email provider, then what?
This needs to be elevated to technical/system support. It could become a privacy issue!
