How can I get past the "update needed before filing" popup so I can transmit my return?

I have the download version of Home & Business.  I am trying to file but get an error message that TT needs to be updated.  I update but still cannot transmit.  Have re-downloaded file, rebooted but still can't get past the error message loop.

Perhaps your return contains a form or schedule that has not yet been finalized.  For current information on forms availability please click on the applicable link below:

When updates are available, TurboTax will prompt you to download updates when you open the program.

Mine ended being a state update that updated the next day.  If the update isn't available at it should you it isn't available.

Have you checked here to make sure all your state forms are eligible and available for efiling?

ok let say I am confused and disappointed all of my forms show available in Missouri with the exception of 3 forms that do not even show on the list.  They are Schedule 2: Additional Taxes and

Schedule A: Itemized Deduction

Form 1040: individual Tax Return

If these forms are what is holding me up why did you let me pay for E-filing  State if you did not support it what the heck is going on. Other forms I have that are supported are

Form MO-A, Individual Income Tax Adjustments available
Form MO-1040, Individual Income Tax Return - Long Form available

Qualified Health Insurance Premium available

Experiencing the same problem, I have kept TT up to date, the last update according to the history tab was 2/9/2020, now at 2/10/2020 I cannot file. I have already filed one tax return before this update and it worked fine. Could it be the software writer forgot to put in the new version number in the code, therefore it does not match with current version number and thus returns a false therefore this endless loop has started. Hope it gets fix quickly.
