My accounts are both tied to the same email. One has a UserID, and I have the password for that. The other uses my email as a login. The form you sent me the link to, I tried to use, but I cannot have the old and new password as the same thing, so that doesn't work for me.
I have another email account that I can not log in because I do not have the password nor do I have access to the old number links to that account. I have tried to contact intuit and even sent in my ID. They said they would update my account in 1 business day. It's been two days since I sent in the email & it is impossible to find someone to help me with this.
