HI. I just logged into turbotax on my ipad and it’s up to date with its ios software version, but the ‘account’ choice under settings isn’t responding.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Neither of the links worked.  

I’m too disquieted with TT this year!

I’ve filled my taxes with them the past two years at least, had no problems using iOS and now I’m getting these random new technical problems!

 

 I’m choosing a different app to do my taxes this year.

 

 Plus these notifications that I keep getting badges for community participation are irritating.

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2024 return online and enter some personal information  so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
