Due to a software glitch, I have been told by several specialists that I must paper file and that I will not be able to e-file. However, NYS requires by law that taxpayers e-file. Furthermore, it will take many weeks longer to process my refund. I would like to send a complaint to Turbo Tax customer service, but there is no contact information to be found. To be clear, I do not need to speak with a tax expert. I need to reach out to customer service. Thank you.

I had the worse time completing my tax return in 8 years with your company. The tax specialist on occasion failed to return calls It was so long I had to stop and reconnect. The cost was out of site.
