Have securities sold on one day but the securities bought on multiple days. They all are short term gain transactions in the 1099-B. Do I need to list them separately?

I have the exact same circumstance, but I download my 1099-B's directly from my financial institution (which saves a lot of manual input on my end).  When you download from your financial institution, the info coming across is already identified as short term or long term and Turbotax enters "VARIOUS" in the Acquired Date column (so they don't have to be listed individually.)  Don't know if you are given the option to enter VARIOUS when entering manually.

No, separate listing is not necessary.  When you enter your sales you can select 'Something other than a date' and then choose Various. The most important factor is making sure you select 'Short term' as the holding period.
