I cannot download from itsdeductible to turbo tax deluxe using a Mac. this is the error and I have tried all of the advice/fixes and nothing will work.
doing better than me - can't get them to let me download for mac. where do you get this? for business.
It's Deductible is only to track personal schedule A donations not Business expenses.
It's Deductible is a separate free online tool you can use to enter all your donations during the year then you can import them into Turbo Tax Deluxe and above.
It is also built into Deluxe and above programs so you can use it as you fill out your return instead of using it separately.

I'm seeing exactly the same error - very frustrating after playing "verify me" for 15 minutes only to get to this error....

Something to look into, I have an Ad Blocker. After reading forums and trying the solutions, which didn't work. I went and disabled my Ad Blocker and it downloaded no issue.
Check your ad blocker (if you have one), check your firewall, check any anitvirus software, etc. As soon as I turned off Ad Blocker it worked fine.
I was using an ad-blocker: pi.hole - I was getting the same error, until I disabled the tracking list.
After disabling the ad-blocker, did it allow you to proceed without the error? @emiliosic
Yes, it worked after disabling the ad-blocker.
Note that I was able to log into the its deductible web site and use the iOS app for it, so it looks like TurboTax was trying to connect via an analytics service instead of logging in directly.
