In the Deductions & Credits section, the software tells me that I need to review the "Credit for AMT Paid in Prior Year". When I click the "Review" button for that row, I get a message saying "Congrats, you get a tax break - Alternative Minimum Tax Credit - Your $XYZ credit just saved you money on your taxes this year." There are no buttons to press other than "Done" at this point. When I press "Done", the software returns me to the previous screen, which continues to indicate that I need to review "Credit for AMT Paid in Prior Year". I don't know how to get out of this loop. It seems like a software glitch.
To get out of this" loop" you could try logging out of the program and logging back in. You can also clear your cache and cookies.

To clarify, I am using TurboTax Online and do not have any TurboTax software installed on my computer. Therefore, the only recommended actions are to clear the cache and cookies and use a different browser, correct?
I just cleared the cache and cookies and tried again but the issue still persists.
Regarding the browser, I am using Google Chrome Version 133.0.6943.132, which I understand is the most up to date version. I don't have any other browsers available on my Chromebook. Is there any concern with the browser that I have?
I will try calling Customer Service as a next step.
