Does anyone else get a blank screen after the confirm personal info and residency status step before filing?

I've tried on both the app and two different browsers after clearing cache and cookies. Internet connection is fine. All other troubleshooting steps followed with no resolution. No error message pops up. It's just a blank page right before the filing step.
