Do the spinning dots ever stop? I have wasted over 2 hours waiting for the page to open after I clicked yes?

Try changing your web browser.  Reset your network router.

Used two different networks. Reloaded numerous times.  Used IE. Attempted other suggestions. Hours of spinning dots.  With the number of people complaining of this I would think there would be a defined solution.  Eight plus years of using TT on this computer, never a problem like this.  The previous years stored on here come up fine.

Please try refreshing your browser and clearing out your cookies. If that does not work, try clearing out your browser's cache. You may also want to try a different browser.

cleared cache and cookies, failed to solve the problem.

switching to H&R block, turbotax lost this customer

If you are having problems with the program or glitches, please try clearing your cookies and cache.

How to delete cookies.

If this does not work, I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection, to ensure you are hardwired.
