Credit card won’t go through and company says it’s in turbotax end

I have only one US credit card with US billing address and turbo tax says it won’t go through but I have called credit card company and they’re showing the transaction is approved & pending. Says the issue is on turbo tax end. How do I contact turbotax to resolve?

Your link was not applicable. There is no billing hold.

In fact, my credit card sent me an alert saying I’d paid Turbo Tax despite Turbo Tax saying my card would not process. So I go on my credit card account, and Turbo Tax charged me and then immediately refunded me! What is going on?!

I have seen some be able to put 123 Main St as the street address, but leave city state and zip. See if this will work for your issue.
