Connected from Fidelity indicating free filing, but am being charged to file now. Haven't had to pay previously with Fidelity. Anyone else have this? How to resolve?

Thanks for the response.  I followed the instructions and did get to the Tools and My Fee part, but it still shows only a $20 discount on both the Fed & State returns as opposed to free.  I am really hoping there is an option other than paying the $109 or completely starting over.  I did start from the Fidelity site originally, but than it asked me if I already had an account so I said yeas to reload last year's info.  Once the return started, I did just use a turbo tax bookmark as opposed to starting from Fidelity each time.

I'm not sure what fixed it, but it did get set to $0 charge when I checked today.  I did follow the instructions to clear the cache and reconnect, but it still showed a charge after that, however a day later there was none when I called support.  Keep trying!
