Trying to import my 1099s from Chase Bank. TT punches out to a browser where I login to Chase and authorize TT to access my data. The browser reports success:
But the TT app then reports the import was unsuccessful:

I ran a quick test last night and tried importing my Chase data into TurboTax Online. It worked perfectly. So this is clearly a problem with the TurboTax for Mac product, and doesn't appear to be due to any of the troubleshooting issues mentioned in that article.
I would prefer to continue to use the desktop product that I've already purchased, so I either need help diagnosing/working around this problem, or information on when a fix will be shipped for the Mac version. (And please don't suggest manually entering all my 1099-B data - that would take days).
If that isn't possible, then how do I obtain a refund on my purchase so I can switch to the online version?

You can also switch from TurboTax CD/Download to TurboTax Online by following the steps in the below TurboTax article. You will also find a link within the same article to return and request a refund for your software.

I am having exactly the same issue importing 1099s from Chase on TurboTax premier for Mac 2022. Importing 1099s is a major reason for choosing TurboTax. Are you saying that this will not be fixed by the company and users experiencing this issue will have to either do manual entry or switch to another software such as online?

I confirm that the workaround explained in this post fixes this issue (at the expense of having to manually enter my non-Div/B info - which isn't too hard).
If the Troubleshooting Imports tips don't resolve your issue, remember that you can enter Sales Section Totals, which requires minimal data entry.
With so many variables involved, it's difficult to determine why importing works for one person and not another.
