CD/Download I bought isn't compatible anymore with my Mac. Can I use the license code to avoid paying for the online version of Turbo Tax?

No.  The license code cannot be used to pay for online TurboTax.  If your OS does not meet the system requirements for the CD/download then using online is an option.  But you have to pay for it.  Online is priced differently.    Where did you purchase the CD/download?

My Mac OS doesn’t seem to work with the 2023 download. It worked with 2022. I have Ventura 13.3.1

What are my options?  I purchased through Sam’s Club.

Sams Club. I switched from tax Cut to TurboTax last year and it worked. Do I have to switch back to tax cut?  Why would it work last year and not now. My OS is Ventura 13.3.1

@ljwidel There should not be any issues with the 2023 TurboTax desktop edition when using Mac OS 13 since it is supported.  See this TurboTax website for Windows and Mac desktop system requirements - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/tta-system-requirements
