Cant access 2021 to 2022

I have been able to access my 2021 files with no problem until I installed Turbo Tax 2022, now all of a sudden I need a password to import any file in to this years Turbo Tax. I never put a password on any of the files never have in all the years I have used Turbo Tax.  If I try the answer security question there is no question on a blank answer box. Customer service after an hour on the phone says sorry you will have to start over. That is BS right there I need last years file and not only did passwords get assigned that I did not do it made it where I now can't open last years at all either.  These passwords happened after I installed 2022 so it is a Turbo Tax problem that I need fixed you guys just can't say sorry about your luck, I did not set nor have I ever set a password to any tax file, your program did somehow.

I didn't put a password on my file, and how can you remove a password when you can't open the password protected file to remove the file. A file I did not put a password on. This happened when I installed turbo tax 2022. It also keeps corrupting my return when I finish it and won't let me re-open it. Says file is corrupted start a new one so I do and it has done this to me 3 times
