CANCEL ORDER

ORDER #[removed] PLACED ONLINE [removed].  ALSO ORDERED SAME PRODUCT (TURBOTAX DESKTOP BUSINESS TAX YEAR 2023) ON 09/27/2023 VIA TURBOTAX ADVANTAGE BUT NEVER RECEIVED.  CHARGE FOR EITHER PRODUCT NEVER POSTED TO MASTERCARD ACCOUNT.  TO PRVENT A DOUBLE CHARGE THE QSTCA... ORDER SHOULD BE CANCELLED.  I HAVE NOTIFIED MASTERCARD TO DECLINE AND I WILL AWAIT ORIGINAL ORDER DATED [removed] TO PROCESS.
