Can Turbo tax adjust my completed 2023 Federal Return however I checked I would mail it myself but would prefer they take care of this?

Can Turbo Tax submit my taxes since I have now found my 2022 return to have them electronically filed?

No one has access to your tax return.  No one else can change anything on it for you.   If you want to switch to e-file you can do that yourself and enter your AGI yourself.
