Can't access product but paid $192. , it sends me in circles to make me keep repurchasing.

Trying to do taxes for a trust .

If you can't access your purchased product, you should contact TurboTax support. You can reach them at :You can call us at 800-446-8848. They are open 5 AM to 9 PM PT every day.
