Yes. There are several different ways to pay your tax bill in TurboTax.

• Direct debit (free)
• Credit or debit card (convenience fee)
• Check or money order (free except for postage)
• IRS Installment Agreement (this may be free or have a fee, depending on your circumstance)
• Cash (at a retail partner) 

How can I pay my federal taxes?

Yes. Just saw it as I was filing.  Convenience fee says 2.49%.
