I had to buy a new computer this fall, purchased a MacBook. My auto renewal has been for windows for years and didn't even think about it until today when I went to start my taxes.

Hi - this link doesn't answer the question. I have the same issue. My auto renewal has already happened for windows version but I need the Mac version. How can I swap and get the Mac download?

I have same problem. The link provided in the response by HeatherPLO did NOT work as described -- did NOT ask what product I have and merely directed me to the same useless automated phone system that was previously unable to understand the problem. Isn't it possible to contact someone at Intuit who actually knows something useful? Very frustrating after paying their high prices for many years as a reliable customer.
