Call Center Hours (Turbotax)

Where on its site does Intuit post the phone support hours for their TurboTax product?  A rep earlier today told me it was 7AM to midnight today and tomorrow, but when I just called I was told they were closed....

(Background issue is that Intuit sent me download link to replace a defective product, but the new version will not show up in my download center...and I cannot wait until Monday to start my taxes!)

The hours in the linked post do not seem to be correct?  I have called three times this morning to different numbers, and keep getting told the service center is closed.

Yes, it does seem to be out of date.   Those are the busy season hours.  After the due date (May 17) the hours changed to M-F only 7AM to 5 PM  pacific time.     That FAQ might have been updated for the upcoming extended filing date (Oct 15) busy season, but I do not think the hours have changed yet.   Try Monday.

I appreciate the answer, and suspect you are correct that the hours are wrong, as even a phone rep yesterday confirmed they had weekend hours for the busy season.

 

All that said, I cannot wait until Monday to start my taxes...any other suggestions to reach someone?  I looked for a live chat feature, but do not see that either.  :(

 

If I have to buy the product a second tine, that may be my only option (and hope for a refund on the second).

TurboTax does not have chat.  I do not know when the Oct 15 "busy season" starts - perhaps Monday.


Exactly whst problem are you having?   Why would you need to purchase a 2nd time - what are you trying to do?

Perhaps someone here can answer it for you.

Maybe it's in another account.  It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If the link does not take you to the download then perhaps you have more then one account.

If not, then waiting for Customer Support to open is the only option.     The extended due date is Oct 15 so you have plenty of time.

You all are geniuses!  That did it.  Screw Newton, you guys rock.  They need to double your Intuit salary.  Cancel the Nobel prize and re-award it to you.  I am back in the game.  Thank you so much!
