Box 12 and 14 on W-2 Blank

Box 12 and 14 on W-2 says "12 See instructions for box 12" without any codes. Should I not put anything in the turbo tax box that asks me for box 12 and 14 codes?

It is blank other than the "see instructions for box 12." It is a military w-2 if that helps.

You can skip the box 12 and 14 questions in TurboTax.  

The "see instructions" note is to help people understand the codes (if there are codes).

Box 12 and 14 is where employers report employee contributions to health plans and retirement plans.
