Anyone had any problem DLing a 2nd state this year? Was able to DL 1st state fine, but get a "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag". Been going on for days.

Was able to download KY just fine, but can't download OH and get the "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag" error. I have been trying for 3 days. Just wondering if I'm alone. Thanks in advance.

It might be that not all the forms in your return have been finalized yet.

Use this link to reference when your tax forms will be available. You can search by TurboTax Product and for IRS and State-Specific Forms.

Please see state install/e-file update loop for steps to help resolve the state download issue.

Have the same problem and can't resolve for over a month.  Called Intuit and was told this is a known problem and they are working on fixing it.  We are now 2 days from filing day and still have the same issue.  I need a solution.  Alabama state forms downloaded just fine.  I completed working it in Turbo Tax without errors.  The problem comes when I try to e-file and pay Intuit.  I had no issues with Federal since it was free.  It sounds like Intuit has an issue processing my card.  I even checked my Intuit account in the payment section and all is correct.

If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
