Anybody able to import Binance yearly tax report in csv file into TurboTax online?

I followed the instruction in this page: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/cryptocurrency/import-cryptocurrency-transactions-turbotax/L8OPxrOa7_US_en_US
and then follow the instructions for BinanceUS to export csv file, then import it to TurboTax  but after about 20 minutes, the Turbotax report that it can't import the file
