No, we no longer sell 2013 tax software. But you can the 2013 tax forms from the IRS website
If you previously purchased /had a subscription to get the CD/download, you may be able to find it in your Downloads page. Weirdly, this is NOT in your Account info on turbotax.com. It is on shop.turbotax.com. You should see a copy of every year of the software that you bought. You should be able to still download it because i still see mine on my Downloads list as of April 29 2018. But it may or may not be the final version and it will probably not be able to update.
You may do well to call Intuit/Turbotax if you think you did buy 2013 because you should at least be able to get the software you bought.

If you mean you want to purchase and download the 2013 software, then, NO, you cannot. It is no longer available nor is it supported. If you still need to file a 2013 tax return you cannot get a tax refund for 2013 but you need to pay the IRS if you owe tax due. I have purchased Turbotax Premier/Business for past 10+ years. I need to re-download TurboTax version 2013. If I am not able will weigh whether I continue to be a Turbotax customer. I dont need commentary or deflection questions. If I can find my original 2013 CD? I would install.
No ... 2013 cannot be downloaded at this late date even if you had the CD or tried to download the installation files since tax years prior to 2016 are no longer supported by TT.

Just because the IRS wants something that old doesn't mean the tax prep companies must still provide software for those older years ... TT only services the current + 3 prior year returns which currently means 2019 + 16-18. Even some professionals don't have access to programs that old.
Now if you need something that old you have 2 options ... seek local professional assistance OR get the forms from the fed/state to complete manually.
