I do not have that form.
You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for contacting support - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/turbotax-phone-number/L0Od33nMQ_US_en_US?uid=lfgviwbm
Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
I called the number and ended up in an infinite loop where they told me I had to pay to have my question answered. This does not seem acceptable. It also will not let me have a refund, as it says I agreed that the service was good when I paid prior to being able to see my forms. What a scam.
You may want to try again, and this time use the key words - Billing Issue
That should give you access to a TurboTax support representative.
Also you can use the websites that were posted
Make sure that you indicted NO for having a foreign account.
Have you already gone through the Wages & Income section of the program, scrolled to the bottom of the page and clicked on Continue? There will be a screen where asked Did either of you own or control a foreign bank account, trust or financial asset in 2024? and you selected NO on the screen.
It kept reverting back to yes every time I entered no. I had to delete the entire Schedule B and redo it.

Ok...Thanks for the update on how you got this corrected.
Hi @huff5 @DoninGA I have the same issue. I deleted the income in Schedule B to try to remove that section. It wouldn't fully remove the Schedule B.
I went to "Federal Wrap Up" and "Finalize Uncommon Situations", selected "No". It keeps switching from No to Yes.
I cannot submit this return and it has taken hours longer than the estimate provided.
I ended up having to call support and then she kept deleting things until it finally worked.
Go to Delete a Form; scroll through the list and make sure you do not have Form 8938 or any other foreign account forms, FBAR, etc. - delete them if you do. @Return1
How to delete forms in TurboTax Online
How to delete forms in TurboTax Desktop
If you have the desktop software, you can go to Forms, find Schedule B, scroll down to Part lll and change you selection to NO for 7a and 7b.
If you are still having issues, please Contact Support.
The advice from support was to clear the cache delete cookies and restart. Unclear if this will fix the issue. I'm looking at other software options.
Yes, clearing your cache and cookies can help when you are using TurboTax Online. Are you using the desktop software; can you click on Forms in the upper right corner? Were you able to e-file, @Return1 ?
I'm using the online version. With the steps support provided, I can no longer see what the form says. I was asked to fill out questions that were creating an error, e.g. question 8. That was after question 7 was already incorrect. I do not see a way to see if question 7 is now answered correctly.
I also have an issue with W-2 AA Roth 401K contributions being incorrectly listed as Roth IRA contributions. I am unable to submit my return for at least these two issues. This new version of TurboTax has not caused a lot of delay and wasted time.
To view your return in TurboTax Online, in the left-side menu to to Tax Tools > Tools, then choose 'View Tax Summary' from the pop-up window. Then back at the left-side menu, choose 'Preview My 1040'.
To see a list of all forms in your return, go to Tax Tools > Tools, then choose 'Delete a Form' from the pop-up menu. After you delete a form (Schedule B), clear your Cache and Cookies before going back into your return to make any changes.
In the FILE section, after you pay for TurboTax Online, you'll be able to preview your return as a PDF file, which you can save to your computer and review before completing your Efile.
@MarilynG1 the online menu has two options Tax Home and Documents.
There is no menu option that leads to Delete A Form.
You might need to scroll down the left side-bar to see TOOLS
