They didn't spell "Reisdential" correctly; doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the program?

You would think they would at least know how to use a spell checker.

"Reisdential"      Where do you see it spelled like that instead of "residential"?

Did you set up a property profile in the rental section of TurboTax?   Are you using TurboTax Online or the desktop, and what version are you using?

Yes I set up a property profile; not sure what that would have to do with the noted spelling error though.

I'm trying the online version for the first time since they no longer offer any discs... Using the premium version.

You can download a copy of TurboTax Desktop that's the same as the disc version.  Here's How to  Download TurboTax Desktop.  If you buy a download product, you can get a CD for $10.

It looks like the misspelled 'Residential' on the screenshot you posted is an entry you made for the name of your rental.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to go back and see where (and when) that came from; if I did it, it must have been years ago, and doesn't give me a lot of confidence in myself.

The Premium program is already too expensive - I don't need to add another $10 to it. If it were still in stores for $89, I'd keep buying it, but, as it is, I'm looking into trying another alternative (freetaxusa).
