What was the reason your returns were rejected? Please copy and paste in the e-file rejection message you received so we can better assist.

Federal was rejected because they say I can't claim my dependent. I refiled Federal but State was only rejected because federal was. Why do I have to pay to efile State again??

It depends.

You will not be able to electronically file your state return if your federal return was not e-filed.

You can see your fees by doing the following. You will be able to see the amount due in this section.

Select Tax Tools in the black panel on the left
Select Tools
In the Tools Center box that pops up, select My Fees
