Illinois State Tax efile return rejection and no rejection code and Turbo tax does not walk me through correction

I've efiled by Il state return and it has been rejected 2x, the first time I thought it may be the AGI, as I initially put the "amended 2019" AGI but Illinois has not received my amended 2019 return yet.  So I put the initial AGI that was submitted to the state initially.

It has been rejected a second time and despite the video that shows turbo tax walking you through the steps, it is not doing this.  I cannot seem to get back through to the steps of putting in your pins, etc.  Where can I check that my pins were entered correctly?  And how do I know what is wrong, as no "Error Code" has been provided by turbo tax to inform me.
