credit card not accepted

Turbo Tax will not accept any of my wife's and my credit cards to purchase the Michigan state tax forms on line.  It has also not accepted these cards for e-filing.  I have tried to go to the help center to purchase over the phone and am unable to get a representative to speak to and have not been able to purchase in this manner.  My only option at this point is to print the paper forms and fill them out by hand and mail them.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this current Turbo Tax software and will probably find different tax software next year.

I have tried to pay using my credit cards and they (4) have not been accepted.  I have not been able to to get a representative to speak to in order to help me resolve this issue.  

The filing fees cannot be paid using the Federal refund because I owe Federal taxes.

 

Like another customer having this problem I will be printing the paper forms and mail my returns in.

It looks like the problem you encountered on Saturday is still happening today as I tried paying the $25 state e-file fee 15 times with several different credit cards.  Keeps coming back that card info could not be authorized. I then called "customer service" and the person I spoke with had no clue, sure glad I didn't have any complex or even simple tax questions for her.  40 minutes on the phone and no resolution.

Turbo Tax, get your act together, the least you can do is make paying the state e-file fee easy, considering you shouldn't even being charging this after we already pay for your software and considering how e-filing is automated/electronic!  Hoping someone looks into this asap so we can file our state taxes!
