It's now mid June 2023, and I still don't have access to a viable solution for importing 1099 data from JPMorgan Securities into the CD downloaded version of TT Premier? My version does not have JP Morgan Securities as a drop-down options as others have mentioned. I do not have any Chase or JPMorgan Securities accounts linked to the TT app to unlink as other also mentioned. Should I try linking at least the one desired account?
If using the online TT version to download the data is the only automated means to get the data, can I then merge the online tax return with a partially created desktop tax return to complete the process?
Any help is appreciated!
TT - when do you think you will install a solution for this year? Time is running out!!
JP Morgan Securities is not listed as an import partner ... check with them for the correct name :
Don't know about your problem importing from JPMorgan. But if you use the Online version you can not merge it into your existing Desktop return. You can download the .tax2022 file from online for free and then OPEN it in the Desktop program as another return and then have to enter everything else again.
Have you tried calling support to ask about JPMorgan?

My version does not include JPMorgan Securities, but others have posted seeing it on their product version. Only TT is allowed to add official partners to their drop-down menu for data import.
Since yesterday, I tried other TT Community suggestions and finally find one that worked for my situation = cleared cache in Chrome (my default browser; even though the data was being accessed through MS Edge). Then used the provided JPMorgan & Chase link to request data from only 1 large account so that the data would not exceed any limitation.
It appeared so many TT users were as frustrated as I was, but thankfully so many of you posted your ideas and experiences to allow me to resolve my problem! Wish we could have all relied on TT to resolve this in a timely manner. I too am rethinking switching to another vendor for next year's returns!!
