After you file
Yes, you can file your M1PR when you prepare your Minnesota taxes in TurboTax. We'll make sure you qualify, calculate your Minnesota property tax refund, and fill out an M1PR form.
The M1PR can be mailed or e-filed (if qualified). Follow these steps to begin your M1PR:
- Sign in to TurboTax and begin your Minnesota state taxes.
- Answer all the questions until you get to the Other Forms You May Need screen, and select Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR), then Continue.
To mail your M1PR:
- Continue until you get to the Filing instructions screen, and select Print Form M1PR.
- Mail the printout by August 15 to:
