Are you referring to the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card?

 

You can call the number below to report a lost card.  

(888) 285-4169.

 

If you don't know the 16-digit card number, it will ask for your SSN, but do not enter it at that point.   Instead keep listening.   The recording will then say "to report a card lost, stolen, or never received."

You can choose that option and then continue following the prompts and choose "lost card."

I don't know what all it will ask after that, since I have no way of testing it.

I presume it will cancel the lost card and send you a new card to your address on file.  I don't know if it asks you to confirm the address or if it transfers you to a live agent or what.

 

If your address has changed, you would need to speak to Customer Service at the Turbo Card to see what all is required.

It doesn’t allow you to call the number it send u straight to online I never made an online act for my card so how do I get a replacement one now

@Melanieraye, please click here: https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us to get in contact with customer care. After the automated message plays it will ask for the 16 digit card number, then pause, then you will get more options which include reporting a card lost or stolen.

You posted your address in this public Internet forum.  For your privacy and security forum, you should not post personal info in this public user community forum.   

 

You can remove it by clicking the blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your posting, and in the dropdown menu choose Edit.   It's also possible a TurboTax Moderator may remove it.

 

This is mainly a user community forum.   The Turbo Visa Debit Card is a different customer support than TurboTax.   No one in this forum is able to send you anything.  You'll need to contact support at the Turbo Visa Debit Card.

If so, you can report a lost card using the instructions at this link:

If not, you can phone the Turbo Card Customer Support at (888) 285-4169.

 

It will first ask for your 16-digit card number.  If you don't know the card number, it will ask for your SSN instead, but that may not work.   If it doesn't, then phone again and keep listening to the entire recording.  It will eventually have a choice to "report a card lost, stolen, or never received."   If that's what you need, choose that, then you will get another menu.  Listen to the choices in that second menu, then make a selection.

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

To report a card lost or stolen for your Turbo Visa Debit Card you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 Follow these steps:

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these).
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1.
  5. Follow the prompts to report the lost/stolen card and request a replacement.
