Are you referring to the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card?

 

You can call the number below to report a lost card.  

(888) 285-4169.

 

If you don't know the 16-digit card number, it will ask for your SSN, but do not enter it at that point.   Instead keep listening.   The recording will then say "to report a card lost, stolen, or never received."

You can choose that option and then continue following the prompts and choose "lost card."

I don't know what all it will ask after that, since I have no way of testing it.

I presume it will cancel the lost card and send you a new card to your address on file.  I don't know if it asks you to confirm the address or if it transfers you to a live agent or what.

 

If your address has changed, you would need to speak to Customer Service at the Turbo Card to see what all is required.
