It says View Download, I click that. Then gives me a Windows Download button, I click that. Then I click Run. The error message is …..error deleting run registry key for deletion

My username contains the symbol @ and the computer will not accept that!

You can not download the Desktop program to an iPad or device.  You can only install it on a full Windows or Mac computer.  Scroll way up to see links for the system requirements.

I ordered 2019 Turbotax software online. My credit card was charged - I have not received download instructions

Some tips, Turn off your antivirus.  Use a different browser to download it like Chrome or FireFox.  It doesn’t like IE11.
