@2653timothy If you have been getting emails about 2021, then it sounds like you started a 2021 return online but did not finish it or file it, so they are sending reminders to you. If you did not file your 2021 return, you can only finish preparing it by using the CD/download for 2021 on a full PC or Mac now, and the return will have to be filed by mail. Online preparation and e-filing are permanently closed for 2021.
As for your past tax returns:
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

If you owe tax to Hamilton OH, you need to understand that when you use TurboTax, there are some local tax returns you can prepare using TT, but you have to take extra steps yourself when you are in the state program in order to prepare those local returns.
