Turbo Visa Debit Card

I e-filed my income taxes and selected the money to be returned on a TurboTax Intuit Visa Debit Card on 2/18/2020.

As of 4/19/2020, I still have no received my card through the mail. My stimulus payment was deposited to that card as well, but how do I access that account?

I can't file for a lost card because it asks for the card number, but I don't know them because I never got the card!

I did my taxes online with TurboTax I got a confirmation saying that I would receive a GreenDot card Visa in the mail and I haven't I know the income tax and the stimulus check is in that account and I cannot access because I don't have the card
