Do you want to see the actual questions and your inputs? The only way to see what you entered into a prior year online return, would be to download the .tax2021 file and install the 2021 Desktop program to open it. You can use this article on How to finish a prior year to download the .tax2021 file.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2022 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2022. I had to go though about 12 screens.
as you prepare your return with TurboTax, TurboTax does not record your answers, amounts and selections for review at a later time.
Always print a copy of your completed tax return for your records, and review it carefully before e-Filing.
You will need it if you are audited by the IRS, or to amend if a TurboTax update changes your return or for any other reason,
AND, to find your AGI next year.

YES! This WORKED to amend my tax return! I followed your last set of instructions. Like you said, I needed to complete several screens/questions as if I was preparing my 2022 taxes, then:
click over to "Tax Home" in the left menu. Initially the screen didn't seem to change
scroll down and click on "Your Tax Return & Documents"
scroll down again and select the year you want (mine is 2021)
you'll see the option to "Amend (Change) 2021 Return"
I had spent hours trying to figure this out, including 45 min on the phone with TurboTax help.
