How to activate Business 2021?

I get a large ACTIVATE box, with nothing else.

Do you have the 16 digit License Code?  Can't you type it in the box?

Yes, I have the activation code, but it doesn't get that far.  After the initial startup and updates download I get a blank activation box.

Computer is a less than a year old PC laptop that is kept up to date.

Please try changing your screen resolution in order to correct the issue.
