You guys are a joke! Finally got a live person and they cannot tell you how to download your product. Used Turbo Tax for years, but using someone else this year

Spent forever on hold and still cannot purchase the product for download.  Guess you don't like selling your product?  I'll never use your product again, I want to download not prepare and file online.

In less time than I spent on hold and trying to figure out how to purchase Turbo Tax, I've already purchased and downloaded a different product.  Pretty clear Turbo Tax tries to railroad you into filing online and makes a download a challenge at best.

This is a **bleep** response to get your download THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR AND HAVE TO RELOAD AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR **bleep** 5261 ERROR!!!!! I use the link above to go to my downloads. I have to log in AGAIN and then I am put right back on the GD page that I started from WITHOUT THE GD ACCESS YOUR DOWNLOADS LINK! Try it again- logged out again and have to log back in to the same **bleep** page!!

 

Suck it, Intiuit! I used your crap for 16 yeas and I am going to H&R Block next year because you OBVIOUSLY don't know what the hell you are doing! I am actually heading to H&R Block now because you are absolute dog **bleep**!

Slow down.  This is a new forum layout. Some posts that have June 2019 dates are really older posts from the old forum that got moved over. So they might be for prior years and not current info. When they migrated over the dates got changed to June 2019. And the screen shots got deleted. 

 

What problem are you having?

Don't tell me to slow down- fix your crap!!!

 

I keep getting these **bleep** error messages from your crap software! First I can't finish my fed return due to some **bleep** error that 15 minutes of research tells me I need to uninstall TTdeluxe 2019, turn off ALL of my online protection, reload the **bleep** software and move on. So I go to your **bleep** site to access my downloads- no link available. I log out and voila! link to access my downloads is available, I click the link, log in again and I'm back to the **bleep** no link having page! I try to back up to the link having page and only end up at the **bleep** NO LINK having page! You know the one -where I can VERY EASILY BUY ANOTHER **bleep** COPY BUT CAN'T DOWNLOAD WHAT I ALREADY BOUGHT!!!

Screw it! I'll use my neighbor's CD. I load that and I access my file I HAD BEFORE TT WENT **bleep** UP! And now I have to download my state AGAIN! So I finally get past the "BUY IT HERE" **bleep** and download the state file and now I am getting a **bleep** "System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationException fawking error message!!!  YOUR SOFTWARE IS **bleep**!
